Payment & Shipping Information

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Facebook Pay, and Totally Idol Gift Cards.

If your payment method was declined, you may have entered your information incorrectly or there may be other issues with the card like a passed expiration date or insufficient funds. Please try a new payment method and contact your financial institution for more information if you continue to experience difficulties with your payment.

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
We currently only offer standard shipping. We do not offer express shipping at this time.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
The order arrival depends on several factors, such as time of the year, product stock status, and order size.

Almost all orders are shipped within 2-7 business days from the order submission date. That being said, it is important to note that the exact shipping time can differ from order to order.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We are able to ship to most countries; however, shipping is not offered to Guadeloupe and North Korea.

Please note that, currently, there are temporary shipping restrictions in place that affect some shipping carriers. Delivery to a particular country might be suspended or delayed.


Orders and Returns

IF I BOUGHT THE WRONG SIZE, CAN I EXCHANGE IT FOR ANOTHER?
The store policy is we do not accept exchanges, due to COVID-19 and the fact that our products are printed on demand by our printing partner, and they do not accept returns or exchanges.

So please make sure to confirm you have the correct sizes in your cart before checkout.

WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We are currently not accepting returns due to COVID-19.
MY PACKAGE SAYS IT GOT RETURNED, HOW DO I GET IT REDELIVERED?
Please make sure that you have entered the correct mailing address. If you notice the mistake after placing order and we have not shipped it yet, please let us know right away so we can update your shipping address to the correct one. If you didn't receive your item due to wrong address you provided, you will be responsible for re-shipping cost.

Please keep track of your delivery day so you know when it's being delivered. Unfortunately, Package Theft is not covered with Shipping insurance and we cannot/will not replace orders or refund orders at our expense.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You can track your order via the shipping confirmation email sent when your order has been shipped or you can go to your account, click on the order and you will find the tracking number/link.

Product Information

WHY DOES MY PRINT LOOK FADED/NOT AS VIBRANT AS THE T-SHIRTS?
We professionally print our products with Direct to Garment (DTG) printers. We use 100% cotton shirts and Poly-blend sweatshirts.

On 100% Cotton T-Shirts (excluding heathered shirts), the print comes out very vibrant an high quality. On Poly-blend Sweatshirts (and hoodies), they come out looking vintage/faded, not as vibrant.

WHAT BLANKS DO YOU USE FOR YOUR PRODUCTS?
We use the popular Bella + Canvas 3001 for our T-Shirts, Gildan 18000 for our Sweatshirts and Gildan 18500 for our Hoodies.
CAN I CHANGE THE COLOR OR SIZE OF THE ITEM IN MY ORDER?
If the order hasn't started the fulfillment process, then absolutely! Just send us a message ASAP and let me know the color/size you'd like to switch to.

But if the order has already started fulfillment, it wouldn't be possible to change or even cancel the order anymore. The order can only be changed or canceled only while the order is waiting for fulfillment.

HOW DO I WASH THE PRODUCTS?
Printed apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You shouldn't use any fabric softeners or dry-clean the items.

DTG-printed apparel can be tumble-dried on a low cycle, but hang-dry works best. When it comes to ironing, use cool iron inside-out. Don't iron the print.

Follow these instructions carefully to avoid fading and cracking of the print, and shrinking the garment that can occur if you wash or dry it on a high setting.
